Adult’s Initial Intake Visit - A one hour comprehensive, holistic health intake followed by a one hour acupuncture treatment session with herbal, dietary, or lifestyle suggestions; please call Sheila @ 540-797-4685 to schedule. Duration: 120 minutes. Fee: $250
Adult’s Follow-up Visit - A private, one hour session consisting of a brief follow up exam and acupuncture treatment, with continued herbal, dietary, or lifestyle suggestions. Duration: 60 minutes. Fee: $100
Teen’s Initial Intake Visit - Age 11 through 17 years; A comprehensive, holistic health intake followed by an acupuncture/acupressure treatment session with herbal, dietary, or lifestyle suggestions; please call Sheila @ 540-797-4685 to schedule. Duration: 90 minutes. Fee: $150
Teen’s Follow-up Visit - Age 11 through 17 years; a private, one hour session consisting of a brief follow up exam and acupuncture/acupressure treatment, with continued herbal, dietary, or lifestyle suggestions. Duration: 60 minutes. Fee: $85
Child’s Initial Intake Visit - Age birth through 10 years; A comprehensive, holistic health intake followed by an acupuncture/acupressure treatment session with herbal, dietary, or lifestyle suggestions; please call Sheila @ 540-797-4685 to schedule. Duration: 60 minutes. Fee: $125
Child’s Follow-up Visit - Age birth through 10 years; a private, one hour session consisting of a brief follow up exam and acupuncture/acupressure treatment, with continued herbal, dietary, or lifestyle suggestions. Duration: 45 minutes. Fee: $75
Follow-up Herbal Consultation - A follow up service for existing clients, this is a private, 30 minute session consisting of re-evaluation and formulation of individualized herbal preparations. (No acupuncture treatment is provided.) Expenses for herbal preparations are in addition to the exam fee and vary depending on the ingredients. Duration: 30 minutes. Fee: $50 plus herbal formula
Phone Consultation - Phone consultation with existing clients regarding changes in current or ongoing concerns, herbal, dietary, and lifestyle strategies, with updated information provided. Fee: $50/30 minute increment
Independent Health Research - Practice true informed consent! Independent health research on behalf of existing clients into diverse complementary strategies appropriate to their case and concerns. Report of and references to supporting materials provided. Fee: $50/15 minute increment
Classes, Public Speaking - "Topics in Herbal Wisdom" style ongoing classes focusing on specific topics of interest. Classes may include instruction in herbal medicine and holistic lifestyle strategies, demonstrations of herbal remedy making, weed walks, and recipes. I am available to come to your group and address your interests with great specificity.
